When you choose UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS Worldwide Express®, or UPS Worldwide Saver® during checkout, you are guaranteed to receive your package by the estimated delivery date provided at checkout. If your package is not delivered by this date, you may be eligible for a refund of the shipping charges.

Eligibility for a Shipping Refund

To be eligible for a refund on shipping charges due to late delivery, the following conditions must be met:

  • Shipping Method: You must have selected one of the following UPS shipping methods at checkout:
    • UPS Next Day Air®
    • UPS Next Day Air Saver®
    • UPS Worldwide Express®
    • UPS Worldwide Saver®
  • Delivery Deadline: Your package must be delivered after the estimated delivery date displayed at checkout.

Exceptions to the Guarantee

While we strive to meet all delivery guarantees, there are some exceptions:

  • Natural Disasters & Service Alerts: Known natural disasters or other issues may cause unavoidable delays. For the latest updates on service disruptions, we recommend checking UPS's Service Alerts page.
  • Incorrect Address Information: If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided during checkout, you may not be eligible for a refund. Please double-check your information before placing your order to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manufacturing Delays or Website Issues: Delays caused by unexpected manufacturing issues or website errors may not be eligible for the same delivery guarantees. In such cases, shipping refunds may not apply.

How to Claim a Shipping Refund

We actively monitor our shipments and aim to refund shipping charges automatically in the event of a late delivery. However, to ensure you receive your refund, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery if you believe your package was delivered late.
